The Hong Kong Distinguished Brand Leader Award gives recognition to Hong Kong entrepreneurs for the remarkable achievements in brand-building and contributions towards the development of Hong Kong brands, with the objective of identifying role models for the industries and promoting Hong Kong’s brand culture.
The Hong Kong Brand Development Council and the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong are the co-organisers of the Award.
Assessment will be based on the following criteria:
The Hong Kong Distinguished Brand Leader Award Logo is the visual symbol of Hong Kong Distinguished Brand Leader Award.
Awardees of “Hong Kong Distinguished Brand Leader Award” are entitled to use the specially-designed logo of the Brand Leader Award for the promotion of the Awardee’s personal image as well as the overall image of the Awardee’s Brand and the company thereof.
Individual and Organisation authorised to use the Logo shall ensure that it is used in compliance with the regulation and requirements established by the Organiser, including but not limited to those laid down in the “Terms and Conditions” and “Selection Criteria” of Hong Kong Distinguished Brand Leader Award.
Winner of the Brand Leader Award, the Awardee’s Brand and its company could use the Logo only if it holds a valid licence of “Hong Kong Top Brand Mark (Top Mark) Scheme”; and it shall endeavour to ensure the Logo is used according to “Identity Guide for Hong Kong Distinguished Brand Leader Award Logo”.
The logo of Hong Kong Distinguished Brand Leader Award is designed by the Honorary Advisor Mr Charles Ng. It is a glittering re-definition of the Hong Kong Premier Brand Mark, drawing inspiration from a splendid nebula explosion, a swirling auspicious cloud and fluttering ribbons. It denotes power, influence, and remarkable accomplishment.
