1.       Brand positioning

2.       Product sales

3.       Promotion of brand awareness

 

Factors should be considered when building a sales network:

l      The product category should match with the sales network category

l      The distribution of the region and the target customers

l      The purchasing power of the people in the region and the number and distribution of the sales points

l       The number, the size and the return of the sales points

l       The progress of the sales network development and the availability of internal support.

 

As long as the business has a clear concept and careful preparation, a successful brand can be developed.
