The workshop titled "How to Handle and Assist Underperforming Employees," co-organized by the Branding Bureau and the Manufacturers' Association Training Center, was successfully held on August 19, 2024. The event featured Mr. Chan Chun-shing, a senior corporate training consultant from ITK Management Ltd, who shared insights on defining and categorizing problematic employees, leveraging corporate culture as a management tool, and using the "DISC" personality assessment tool to understand both personal and employees' personality traits. Additionally, Mr. Chan provided five effective methods for improving employee performance. The workshop equipped supervisors with skills to enhance employee performance, boost leadership abilities, and more effectively manage and motivate their teams.
