Happiness-at-work Promotional Scheme

Happiness-at-work Promotional Scheme is sponsored by the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and implemented by the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong. The aim is to enhance the recognition of Hong Kong companies and organizations on the "Happiness-at-work", and promote the development of a happy working environment from all walks of life. Hong Kong people’s level of work happiness.

Objective

• Promote the recognition of "Happiness-at-work" from all walks of life
• Promote the development of "corporate care", "corporate wisdom", "corporate resilience" and "corporate motivation" for Hong Kong enterprises and institutions
• Recognize companies and organizations that support "Happiness-at-work"

 

2021 "Happiness-at-work Promotional Scheme" has started accepting applications and will close on September 30, 2021. Applicants that are successfully recognised as "Happy Company"/"Happy Organization" will be awarded the honorary title. The validity period is one year and the application can be renewed every year. Companies and organizations that successfully apply on or before June 15, 2021 have the opportunity to be invited to participate in the Presentation Ceremony.
