Hong Kong Brands Protection Alliance Limited (HKBPA) was officially established on 13th March, 2005 by 45 members of industrial and business associations. The establishment of HKBPA is to match up with the new needs of different industries and businesses.
The ‘Fast Action Scheme’ (the Scheme) was launched jointly by HKBPA and C & ED to combat infringements upon IP rights in large scale exhibitions. Under the Scheme members can file information about their IP rights in our database. When there is suspect of infringement identified in an exhibition and a complaint is received, HKBPA will deliver corresponding information about the infringed right to C & ED for verification.
