Co-organised by the BDC and CMA Training Center, the workshop on “Building Great Trust/ Relationship with Clients and Peers Using Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ)” was held on 26 June 2019. Mr Kenneth Cheung, Training Consultant of ITK Management Ltd gave a lecture on how to enhance mutual trust between working peers and customers by effective communication.
