4th Activity of "SME Branding Club 2011"

The forth activity of "SME Branding Club 2011" took place on 6 December 2011. Mr Edmond Fung, Training Manager of Systems & Services Certification of SGS, was invited to introduce the effective complaint handling skills and the nine guiding principles of “ISO 10002 Quality Management Customer satisfaction Guidelines for Complaints Handling in Organisations. The gathering attracted 54 SME representatives.
