On 10 May 2016, the BDC Chairman Mr Simon Wong received a delegation from Ta Kung International Media College. The 36-people delegation was led by the Chiarman of Ying Chuan Assocation-cum-Ningxia Shangling Industrial (Holdings) Company Limited Managing Director Mr Shi Xing.
