On 11 November 2008, the BDC Chairman Ms Shirley Chan received a delegation from the Department of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation of Shangdong Province. The 5-people delegation was led by the Deputy Director-General of the Department Mr. Liu Xiaojiang.
