During 24 to 26 May 2006, the BDC Chairman Mr Paul Yin led a Hong Kong delegation to Chengdu City, Sichuan. Made up of some 40 representatives of Hong Kong enterprises, the delegation attended the 7th Western China International Economy and Trade Fair and a series of networking activities.
Besides witnessing the opening ceremony of the Fair, members of the delegation were also present at a meeting chaired by the Secretary-General of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government Mr Wang Dongzhou, a greeting dinner hosted by Director of Sichuan Food and Drug Administration Mr Su Donghai, and the “CEPA Hong Kong Day Forum and Business Matching” which was officiated by Mr Paul Yin and Deputy Secretary-General of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government Mr Chen Honggui.
