The first activity of "SME Branding Club 2012" took place on 27 March 2012. Mr Jeffrey Yip, Assistant Business Development Manager of Systems & Services Certification of SGS, was invited to give a talk on how to improve communication between employees and management. The gathering attracted 36 SME representatives.
