Co-organized by the BDC and CMA Training Center, a workshop on “Effective Communication Skills” was held on 4 Jul 2012. Mr Jeffrey Yip, Assistant Business Development Manager of Systems & Services Certification of SGS, taught effective communication skills to lead the team and to strengthen communications between team members and customers. The workshop attracted 11 SME representatives.
