Co-organised by the BDC and CMA Training Center, the workshop on “Mind Reading Skills for Sales Professionals” was held on 13 March 2018. Mr Eddy Tse, Training Consultant of ITK Management Ltd gave a lecture on how to improve negotiation skill and understand customers’ needs effectively.
