The BDC hosted a press conference on 15 July 2026 to announce the launch of the 2026 “Hong Kong．The Parade of Top Brands” Serial Awards. The conference featured a speech from CMA President Dr Wingco Lo, followed by an overview by BDC Chairman Mr Calvin Chan on the arrangements for the 2026 Brand Awards. This was followed by sharing sessions from Dr Chan Hei Ling, Helen, winner of the 2025 Hong Kong Distinguished Brand Leader Award, together with representatives from the winning companies of the 2025 Brand Awards, including Ms Tracey Lam of Aqua Green, Mr Isaac Lau of 24/7 FITNESS, Mr Darren Zhou of KUN WU, and Mr Oswald Au of Riskory Consultancy, sharing their branding strategies and experiences.
The event concluded with a launch ceremony, officiated by CMA President Dr Wingco Lo, BDC Chairman Mr Calvin Chan, and Vice Chairmen Mr Robert Lok, Dr Ellis Wong and Mr Ng Ching Wun, and Chief Execitive Officer Ms Ida Ng together with Mr Yang Hao, Deputy Chief Executive of Bank of Communications (Hong Kong), to officially announce the commencement of 2026 Brand Awards.
