Workshop on “Effective Performance Management and Employee Motivation"
The "Performance Management and Incentives: Effective Means to Stimulate Employee Potential" workshop co-organized by the Brand Bureau and the Manufacturers Association was held on March 11, 2025. Chen Zhensheng, a senior corporate training consultant from ITK Management Limited, was invited to explain how management and human resources departments can enhance their own insight, communication and coaching capabilities, and explain the skills of dealing with employees of different generations to help management build a high-performance and loyal team.
