As one of the 17 brands under the Taste of Asia Group Limited, RUD is a restaurant specialising in Japanese-style solo yakiniku (grilled meat). Since the opening of its first shop in 2022, RUD has rapidly grown to 12 branches, becoming a popular choice for gatherings of young people and families.

Putting food hygiene and safety in the first place, RUD has a dedicated team that regularly visits the branches and conducts inspection based on four evaluating criteria, i.e. taste, temperature, speed, and service attitude. Its restaurants are equipped with state-of-the-art smokeless grill and ventilation systems, allowing guests to enjoy delicious food in a clean and comfortable environment. The high-quality ingredients it uses are purchased from certified suppliers; and the Group has also set up its own subsidiary to manage vegetable procurement, so as to ensure that the supplies are safe and reliable and all the dishes can meet unified standards.
