Guideline on the Use of Official Indications by “Hong Kong Top Brand”
- The official indications are recommended to be used in outlets that distribute/display only the products under the brands certified by the “Top Mark Scheme”, such as specialty store, specialty counter, and showcase.
- All the products dealt with in the sales/display points where official indication is used should be within the Licensing Scope of the “Hong Kong Top Brand Mark Scheme”’ as per the product categories listed on the “Top Mark Licence”.
- The Licensee should provide the Organiser with a full list of sales/display points using the official indications.
Guideline on the Use of Official Indications by “Hong Kong Top Service Brand”
- The official indications can only be used in the service locations of service brands certified by the “Top Mark Scheme.”
- All the services provided in the service locations where official indication is used should be included in the Licensing Scope of “Hong Kong Top Brand Mark Scheme,” as per the service categories listed on the “Top Mark License.”
- The Licensee should provide the Organiser with a full list of the service locations using the official indications.
