Established in 2021, Hang Heung Bakery Cafe is an extension of the century‑old brand “Hang Heung Cake Shop”. It brings together the craftsmanship of traditional Chinese pastries and the nostalgic essence of Hong Kong’s iconic tea café culture, offering freshly-baked pastries and a refined selection of reinterpreted local favourites. Today, Hang Heung Bakery Cafe operates four branches across Sheung Wan, Wan Chai, Jordan, and Shek Mun, scattered at major business and commercial districts in Hong Kong.
Hang Heung Bakery Cafe presents classic Hong Kong-style tea café dishes such as Satay Beef Instant Noodles, Signature Baked Pork Chop Rice, and a variety of sizzling hotplate options that capture the authentic flavours of old Hong Kong. At the shopfront, freshly-baked pastries are showcased in the signature warming cabinet and delivered daily from the Yuen Long factory, including Mini Century Egg Pastries, Salted Egg Yolk Pastries, and the iconic Wife Cakes, all highly popular among locals and visitors alike. Through ongoing culinary innovation, the Brand introduces creative dishes and desserts such as the “Snowflake Custard Lava French Toast” and “Pastry Tea Set”, delivering a dining experience that harmoniously blends tradition with modern flair.
