Centaline Property, the backbone of Centaline Group, was founded in 1978. Nowadays, its agency services cover residential, industrial, commercial, and car parking spaces; it also collaborates with other subsidiaries of the Group to provide professional services like project planning, surveying and valuation, mortgage referral, and immigration consultancy. Centaline Property continuously updates and enriches the contents of its informative websites "Centanet.com" and "Centamap.com", with the objective of increasing market transparency while safeguarding customers' rights and interests. It also publishes the "Centa-City Index", an authoritative tool to depict the price trend of second-hand residential properties in Hong Kong. In recent years, Centaline has been actively developing mobile applications like "Centaline Property", "Centaline Commercial" and "Centaline Mortgage" , which, together with property videos and VR, enable users to access up-to-date listings and market information anytime and anywhere.
