Company Profile

Milk Café is one of the 17 brands under Taste of Asia (TOA) Group. Adhering to "customers first"  principle, it insists on producing high-quality food and providing customers with heart-warming services and comfortable dining environment. In addition to implementing policies to protect the environment, the Group enthusiastically supports charity work and often organises volunteer teams to participate in activities such as the "Million Walk for Charity" and charity races. It values employees and has been awarded the "Caring Company" , "Happy Company" , "Caring Company" and "Happiness at Work" logos.

Track of Glory

Inspired by the "Milk" concept, Milk Café offers a variety of authentic meals and drinks originated from traditional Hong Kong Cafés, such as the local favourite milk tea and pineapple buns, which evoke collective memories. Since 2020, Milk Café has been growing rapidly and established 38 outlets across Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, providing cozy and convenient meeting places for young generations and families.

Milk Café is dedicated to research and development. It regularly updates the menu and introduces seasonal food, homemade beverages and seasonal dishes that combine nostalgic delicacies and modern elements, such as "Pineapple Bun with Cheese" , constantly bringing freshness to guests. Leveraging on the advantages and synergies of the Group, Milk Café continuously improves products, customer service, operational efficiency and the overall dining experience.

Milk Café puts food hygiene and safety at the top of its operational agenda, and a special inspection team has been set up to inspect the outlets regularly base on four criteria i.e. Taste, Temperature, Speed and Attitude. The Restaurant purchases high-quality ingredients from certified suppliers and uses vegetables sourced by a designated sister company, whereas the finished and semi-finished products are supplied by the Group's self-owned central kitchen. Moreover, it has introduced strict operating procedures and guidelines for every branch, so as to ensure the quality, taste and customer service are maintained at a consistently high standard.
