Track of Glory

Leveraging on the synergy and strong support of the Group, DCH ToolBox has established 'Repair Service Collection Points" in different districts of Hong Kong, to facilitate customers to drop off small home appliances that need to be repaired. It keeps pace with the times and digitalises the delivery of customer services, such that customers can make appointment for maintenance, register for product warranty or renewal, and inquire about quotations on online platform through QR codes. The whole process is simple, easy, convenient and fast, culminating in a brand-new service experience with just "one-click".

The service team of DCH ToolBox attends to customers with heart, and they always think and solve problems from the customer's perspective. The Brand has been accredited by the "Consumer Caring Scheme" of GS1 Hong Kong for 12 consecutive years; and through partnering with Gilman, it was honoured with "2021/2022 Global Top Ten After-Sales Service Award" by Gree Electric, in recognition of its service excellence.
