ABC Pathways School was established in 2002 under ABC Pathways Group. It provides top-tier professional English training courses with the vision of building "Hong Kong's happy teaching model" , allowing students to give full play in a stress-free, positive environment and achieve excellent learning results. The Group cares about society and founded the educational organisation "Alliance for Children" ; and through "ABC Education Foundation" , it implements an impactful poverty alleviation programme "Love Sharing Campaign" , which has provided free education at the Group's kindergarten for over 100 low-income families.
ABC Pathways School serves students aged 2 to 17. It promotes a "zero-pressure teaching method" with emphasis on "happy learning" and "effectiveness" , which has earned recognition from teachers, students and the education community. Currently, the School has over 5,000 students, among which over 15% have been enrolled for more than 10 years and 30% for over 6 years. While being appointed as the only "Educational Partner" in Hong Kong by Cambridge University Press, ABC Pathways acts as an "Authorised Examination Centre" of the Cambridge Assessment (English), responsible for organising "LINGUASKILL – Cambridge English Linguaskill Test" in Hong Kong.
ABC Pathways School has established a leading position in early childhood education sector. It received visits from officials of the Hong Kong Education Bureau, who studied its "happiness-based" teaching model as a reference to change the culture of pressure-driven learning in Hong Kong and enhance the learning motivation of the next generation. The Group is attentive to the holistic development of employees in respect of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It values effective communication among colleagues, shares a common philosophy with stakeholders, prioritises problem-solving over holding accountability, and focuses on improving processes, thereby fostering a corporate culture of high transparency and trust.
Over the years, ABC Pathways Group received numerous honours, including "The Best Management Training and Development Award" presented by Hong Kong Management Association, and "Quality Customer Service Award – People Development Award (Merit Award)" by Hong Kong Association for Quality Customer Service in 2022.
