CTSHK upholds the spirit of "Work-ethic, dedication, pragmatism, and innovation", striving to satisfy the needs of consumers and offer the best-quality services.
Established in 1928, CTSHK is the first travel agency founded by a local Chinese in Hong Kong and currently a subsidiary of CTG Travel Services Corporation Limited, operating many branches in Hong Kong and Macau. Over the years, CTSHK continuously enhances service quality and expands its business scope, through keeping abreast of market trends and persisting in innovation. With the business philosophy of "From the heart, from the beginning", it is devoted to understanding customers from a new perspective and meeting their needs with innovative and whole-hearted services.
CTSHK is well supported by the all-round worldwide travel business of China Tourism Group. Apart from operating regular and tailor-made group tours, travel packages, cruise, MICE, sports tours, study tours, ticketing and souvenir retails, it was the sole authorised ticket reseller in Hong Kong for a number of signature events, including "Olympic Games" held in Athens, Beijing, London, Brazil and Tokyo. In 2021, CTSHK was appointed as the authorised ticket agency of the "13th China International Aviation and Aerospace Expo".
Under the COVID-19 epidemic, CTSHK strictly abides by the Government's epidemic prevention requirements, while developing local tourism businesses. Innovative services like historical and cultural themed routines, green tourism, "staycation" and "seacation" have been rolled out to cater for the emerging travel needs of customers.
Recently, CTSHK has ridden on the digitalisation trend by setting up "CTS MALL", an online shopping platform that offers hundreds of high-quality products and souvenirs locally and worldwide. To motivate the market sentiment and increase interaction with customers, four themed events were launched over the past year, including photography, Facebook message and student creativity competitions with an eye to encouraging citizens to experience together the "extraordinary" travel fun through text, paintings and graphic works.
