Founded in 1928 by a local Chinese, CTSHK is the first travel agency in Hong Kong and currently a subsidiary of CTG Travel Services Corporation Limited, operating many branches in Hong Kong and Macao. CTSHK is devoted to understanding customers' needs and providing whole-hearted services. Over the years, it has continuously enhanced service quality and expanded business scope, through keeping abreast of market trends and pressing ahead with innovation.
CTSHK is well supported by the all-round worldwide travel business of China Tourism Group. While acquiring stable financial ability and comprehensive competitive edges, it has rapidly developed and diversified its business scope. Apart from operating regular and tailor-made group tours, travel packages, cruise, MICE, sports tours, study tours, ticketing and souvenir retails, CTSHK acted as the sole authorised ticket reseller in Hong Kong for a number of signature events, including ''Olympic Games'' held in Athens, Beijing, London, Brazil and Tokyo. It was also appointed as the authorised ticket agency of the ''13th China International Aviation and Aerospace Expo''.
With COVID-19 pandemic coming to an end, CTSHK upholds its mission of ''Pursuing a quick recovery with excellent service'' and works closely with various companies under CTG to roll out themed travel packages destined for overseas and Mainland China. Aside from traditional classic routes and exclusive itineraries, it meticulously designs packages that cover theme parks, museums and intangible cultural heritages, catering for the various needs of travellers and families.
