Founded in 1990, Tong Shun Hing has been serving Hong Kong for over 30 years; and nowadays, it has developed into a fully-integrated modern agricultural conglomerate covering poultry farming, production, cold-chain logistics and product sales. According to the 2024 NielsenIQ survey report, Tong Shun Hing is the largest supplier of chilled poultry in Hong Kong. With sales network spanning the Greater China region, it has established stable partnership with over 1,000 well-known catering establishments.
Tong Shun Hing has a deep understanding of Hong Kong's culinary culture and inherits traditional cooking techniques. Adhering to the principle of "simple formula, less additives, more health", it collaborates with master chefs with over 30 years of experience from Guangdong and Hong Kong, and specialises in the processing of prepared food products, developing hundreds of unique flavours. By streamlining the production process, the Brand has enhanced the efficiency of its catering customers, empowering the development of the industry as a whole.
Tong Shun Hing treats food safety and quality control as its top priorities. It rigorously selects breeding sources and operates in-house incubation, with a smart agricultural park established to conduct standardised production and advanced poultry processing. The Brand also implements a full-chain traceability system, from farming to sales, to enhance food quality and safety management. Its production facilities are accredited with international standards including "FSSC 22000" , "HACCP", and "ISO", whereas products have been certified as antibiotic-free.
As one of the early adopters of the traceability system, Tong Shun Hing has joined the "GSI Quality Food Scheme" and was awarded the "GSI Quality Food Scheme — Diamond Award" for five consecutive years. The Company actively practices ESG principles and has received recognitions like “GS1 Quality Food Scheme — ESG Innovation Award” and “Caring Company” Logo.
