Company Profile

Arts Optical International Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong-listed manufacturer (Stock Code: 1120), has been engaged in the design, manufacturing and sales of optical glasses and sunglasses for more than 50 years. The Group pursues fashion, functionality, affordability and keeps up with market trends; it has invested a lot of resources in product development, technology research and engineering improvement, employing advanced equipment to optimise the production process. Arts Optical actively develops its own original brands, while cooperating with international labels to operate franchise business.

Track of Glory

STEPPER was founded in 1970 by a Germany designer, long famous for its comfortable, well-fitting and reliable glasses; and the Brand was acquired by Arts Optical in 2000. Nowadays, STEPPER products sell well in more than 60 countries and regions including Mainland China, the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Germany, Brazil, India, Italy, Pakistan, and South Africa.

STEPPER glasses frames place emphasis on fit, comfort, lightweight, hypoallergenic, and compatibility to lenses. They are made of "TX5", "TX3" , titanium, stainless steel and other nickel-free, hypoallergenic materials, with practicality taking precedence over appearance. Up to 150 new types of frames are introduced every year, and most styles would offer 5 to 6 colour options to cater to the preferences of different consumers.

STEPPER collects data on nose bridge and facial shape of customers of different races and conducts in-depth analysis of human facial structure, which has served as a basis for the Brand to develop eyeglass frames suitable for different facial contours, culminating in a unique design concept of "World Fit" . By adjusting parameters such as front arc, nose bridge width, height, head width, ear width, inclination angle of the glasses frame, "European style", "Asian style" and "African style" were launched, allowing people from different regions to have exclusive glasses that best suit their face shapes.
