Established in 1976, Crown CGS has a history of over 40 years and is widely recognised by the market for its safe and high-performance gas stoves, gas water heaters and range hoods. The Company actively implements sustainable development policies and has won a number of awards, such as "Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence — Silver Award (SME Shops and Retail Category)" presented by the Environmental Protection Department in 2021 and "Outstanding ESG Awards (Non-Listed Company) — Gold Awards" by the Institute of ESG & Benchmark in 2023.
Crown CGS currently has six major product series, including kitchen series, bathroom series, home appliance series, kitchenware series, outdoor series, and commercial series, serving the needs of commercial and household customers in an all-round way.
By dint of high-quality products and service, Crown CGS has successfully built up its brand reputation and customer loyalty. Its "CB-2801" Glass-Top Build-In Stove was the first cooking stove in Hong Kong that provides a 10-year warranty, demonstrating the Brand's confidence in its product quality; and the "CW-1201" Water Heater, whose selling price is competitively lower than its peers, was rated as one of the most energy-saving gas water heaters by the Consumer Council in 2021, another testimony to the Brand’s commitment to caring for customers.
Since 2000, Crown CGS has implemented a programme to recycle and renovate second-handed Crown CGS gas stoves donated by customers. These refurbished items are then given out to families and the elderly in need through Caritas Hong Kong together with free maintenance services, as a "dual-effort" to practise the concept of both circular economy while fulfilling corporate social responsibility.
