Founded in 2013, CoCoBerry Ice-Cream Limited mainly supplies ingredients for dessert making. The founder observed that most of the ice cream sold in the market was in tubs, which was not easy to scoop up and might affect the meal delivery efficiency and quality stability, so he decided to develop individually-packed ice cream balls. With the unparalleled merits of convenience and hygiene, CoCoBerry ice cream balls have been well-received by hotels, restaurants, dessert shops and Japanese-style restaurants since its inception.
In addition to ice cream balls, CoCoBerry has introduced a variety of products to the market, i.e. ice cream cup and tub, iced lolly, snowflake ice and yogurt, providing more than 50 flavours like Japanese style, Hong Kong style, local flavour and fresh fruit flavour. It insists on using high-quality ingredients, such as Luzon mangos from the Philippines and D24 Malaysian durians, which together with the application of "less sugar, less milk"concept, help to highlight the fruity tastes and make the products healthier.
CoCoBerry has a self-owned production line in Hong Kong, which has obtained "FSSC 22000", "ISO 22000" and "HACCP" certifications. The manufacturing facility exercises strict quality control procedures. For example, high-temperature sterilizers and fully-automated water purifiers are used to process food ingredients and keep bacterial load minimal; and the finished products are regularly tested in regard to bacterial contents for ensuring safety and hygiene.
CoCoBerry adheres to the "Trinity Spirit", i.e. "customer-orientedv" , health-oriented" and "service-oriented", as its business philosophy, striving to provide healthy and delicious ice cream products for local market. At the same time, it is actively expanding into the Greater Bay Area and other regions including Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, hoping that more Chinese people in the world could savour the delight of Made-in-Hong Kong ice cream.
