Founded in 1985, Leo's Fine Food joined DCH in year 2014, and it is one of the largest smoked meat and sausage producers in Hong Kong. Leo "freshly" produces high-quality smoked food and ready-to-eat food, using well-chosen imported raw materials, spices and production equipment to ensure high-level quality. Its clients include individual restaurants, chain restaurants, star hotels and supermarkets.
Leo's Fine Food is committed to promoting freshly-prepared, high-quality food in Hong Kong. Its target customers are young customers and couples with good taste, who are looking for convenient, good-quality, reliable prepared meat. Dedicated to innovation, Leo's Fine Food works closely with business partners that share the same vision. For instance, it has established cross-sector partnerships with different media, chain stores and a number of famous chefs to jointly develop novel delicacies, which have been well-received by the market.
Leo regards food safety as the top priority. It has set up a professional quality control and assurance team, and strictly follows the "FSSC 22000", "ISO 22000" and "HACCP" food safety management standards. From 2020 to 2022, it received "Quality Food Scheme — Gold Enterprise" and "Quality Food Scheme Plus — Gold Enterprise" respectively from GS1 Hong Kong, in recognition for its professional excellence in food safety.
