Founded in 1928 by a local Chinese, CTSHK is the first travel agency in Hong Kong and currently a subsidiary of CTG Travel Services Corporation Limited, operating many branches in Hong Kong and Macao. CTSHK is devoted to understanding customers' needs and providing whole-hearted services. Over the years, it has continuously enhanced service quality and expanded business scope, through keeping abreast of market trends and pressing ahead with innovation.
CTSHK is well supported by the all-round worldwide travel business of China Tourism Group. Apart from the regular and tailor-made group tours, travel packages, cruise, MICE, sports tours, study tours, ticketing and souvenir retail, it was appointed as the sole ticket reseller in Hong Kong for many signature events, including "Olympic Games" held in Athens, Beijing, London, Brazil and Tokyo. CTSHK was also the authorised ticket agency of the "13th China International Aviation and Aerospace Expo" and the exclusive ticket reseller in Hong Kong for the "19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022".
CTSHK has been cooperating closely with other subsidiaries of the Group to refine classic tour routes, while continuously rolling out projects that integrate special local resources. From customised tour groups in response to the "Millions of Young People See the Motherland" campaign and GBA tours that promote the regional integration Greater Bay Area to the FIT (Free Independent Traveller ) and semi-FIT niche products covering theme parks, museum and intangible cultural heritage, CTSHK has been working hard to become a "Tourism Expert" for the public.
In tandem with the trend of Internet tourism, CTSHK introduced CTS MALL, a cross-border online shopping platform that collects hundreds of well-known local and overseas tourism products, bringing to customers an extraordinary travel shopping experience.
