With the objective of "Integration of the East and West", "Cultural Inheritance" and "Revitalisation of Tradition", SPARKLE COLLECTION injects fashion, vitality and playfulness into elegant Cheongsams and Tang suits — Ms Karen Chan, Brand Founder and Creative Director of German Pool O2O Limited.
Established in 2016, SPARKLE COLLECTION is an original design brand under the German Pool Group. At the initial stage, the Brand collaborated with "Swarovski" in integrating colourful crystals into different items such as home appliances, Cheongsams and jewellery, adding design elements to traditional products. Drawing inspiration from the patented design of a cabinet crystal plate, the Brand employed "digital printing technology" to print the plate pattern and transformed it into fabric pattern; it then launched the "Transform" series of Cheongsams, blazing the trail of "new-style" Cheongsams and Tang suits.
SPARKLE COLLECTION positions itself as a trendy affordable-luxury brand, with focus on mid-to-high-end modern Cheongsams and Tang suits. It is committed to rejuvenating traditional Chinese clothes, making them fashionable and more casual, so that they are no longer limited to grand events but suitable for women of different shapes and ages, liable to match any occasions in daily life.
SPARKLE COLLECTION retains the traditional oriental craftsmanship while incorporating Western chic designs; it adopts bold, lively and rich colours in lieu of the soft tones commonly seen in traditional Chinese uniforms, culminating in "Modern Cheongsam", "Denim Cheongsam", "Modern Tang Jacket" and "Cheongsam Wedding Gown". These energetic and playful masterpieces not only bring out classical dignity and elegance but also add a touch of uniqueness and stylishness, exuding vitality and fitting in well with the needs of urban life. SPARKLE COLLECTION has extended product lines to face masks, accessories, daily necessities, household items, premium, gifts and etc, in an attempt to spread artistic atmosphere to every corner of life and fully demonstrate its brand philosophy of combining fashion and practicality.
SPARKLE COLLECTION has gained increasing recognition. The "PEONY Silk Crystal Cheongsam" was selected by the China National Silk Museum as a permanent collection in 2018; and through participating in the "CENTRESTAGE" upon the invitation of Hong Kong Trade Development Council for four consecutive years as of 2019, its Cheongsams and Tang Jackets have made a sparkling presence on the most prestigious stage of Hong Kong fashion industry.
